I take an holistic approach to support you to move further down your personal journey of healing and discovery and to develop that deeper connection to self, surrounding and spirit. As a trauma informed practitioner, I can assist you at all stages along your (psychedelic) pathway.

I believe we all have our own ability to heal and grow, it’s just at times we have become a little disconnected from that wisdom.  Together we can begin to deepen that connection. We will meet at the place where you are ready and comfortable and having established a trust-based relationship, walk a path of co-creation.

My intuition and presence is my primary guide, and one I hope to awaken in others.  Furthermore the incorporation of nature as our friend and guide features heavily in my personal and professional approach to healing and growth.

Typical components of the support process:

• Discovery and intake – establishing the basis is this journey, exploring rapport and setting the foundations of the coaching relationship
• Personal Preparation – supporting you to prepare for a psychedelic or other altered state of consciousness (ASC) experience.  Exploring what has brought you to this point, your background, your intentions, as well as expectations and possible concerns.
• Practical preparation – supporting you to prepare on a mind, body, spirit level for ceremony.  Building in practical advice on how to prepare for before, during and after your psychedelic (ASC) experience.  
• Ceremony – For those who are in Amsterdam or can visit, I offer legal psychedelic ceremonies, principaly working with psilocybin in the form of  truffles. 
• Integration and aftercare – What comes next? Whilst psychedelic/ ASC experiences can support you wonderfully in your healing and self-discovery processes they shouldn’t be considered a quick fix.  You still have to put the work in before, during and especially after your experience. Integration is about becoming the embodiment of your insights. Here we can begin to reconnect with your experiences, sense into them and translate them into practical, lived actions.

Most sessions will offer a somatic and talk based component, as well as moments of stillness and deep presence to really connect with the body’s innate wisdom. I very much enjoy holding space in these silent moments.
