I was adopted as a baby and raised in rural Ontario, Canada, by a first-generation European family. As a mixed-race, brown-skinned child, this was a confusing time as I explored my identity in a world where few people looked like me. I felt isolated and unhappy and had strong feelings of not belonging. As I grew older, I was drawn to urban life, travelling and living in places with ethnic and cultural diversity. I studied theology and counselling and was ordained as a Buddhist chaplain.

Meditation gave me my first experience of an expanded state of consciousness - it gave me a taste of what it was like to feel connected to nature and the bigger universe. Much later, I was introduced to the healing potential of psychedelics through the work of Dr. Gabor Mate and I began to integrate these two pathways into my personal and professional work.

As a trauma-trained, relational integration specialist, I like to help people ‘go the distance’ on their path of self-discovery.  I offer an experiential, embodied approach that privileges the authentic over the extraordinary.

My approach focuses on long-term, sustainable growth, addressing systems change as well as individual liberation.

People describe me as warm, curious, authentic and grounded.

Single Sessions
  • Initial Consultation (30-mins)  - $30
  • Integration Therapy (60-mins) - $160
  • Cannabis-Assisted Therapy (120-mins) - $300

My therapeutic approach focuses  on connecting with the here-and-now relational experience to better understand and integrate past actions and future directions. Using a variety of therapeutic tools (AEDP, CI, sensorimotor, IFS, ACT), I facilitate the exploration of self in relationship to others by connecting with felt sense experience, identifying core values, listening to the inner healing intelligence, naming and embracing authentic self.

I offer an initial consultation to make sure we are a good fit and then we decide on next steps. Sessions last from 60 to 120 minutes.
