Welcome! I am so glad you are here. My name is Jessica (she/her), and I have been devoted to studying, researching, teaching, and practicing a broad range of approaches related to personal growth and healing for 16 years.
My passion began as an effort to help myself. I am no stranger to lonely, dark, and hopeless places. For decades I struggled with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, disordered eating, health challenges, and dysfunctional relationships. I was able to shift from surviving to thriving once I discovered practices that empowered me to connect with my innate wholeness and capacity to heal.
One of those practices was working with psychedelic medicine. My first psychedelic experience opened me up in ways I never imagined. I embarked upon a journey with psychedelics that transformed my life. But it was not an easy road. The opportunities to access psychedelic medicine were limited and unfortunately, I encountered practitioners who engaged in unethical, unsafe, and sometimes actively harmful practices. For this reason, I dedicated myself to learning how to help others in hopes of positively contributing to the psychedelic community.
It is an honour to support others on their journey with psychedelic medicine. I look forward to connecting with you.

Empowerment Focused. In our partnership, you are the expert of your experience and the leader of your journey. My role is to be a supportive companion and compassionate witness to your healing process. If along the way you encounter places that feel stuck or overwhelming, I can offer practices designed to help by reconnecting you with your inner healing intelligence.
Trauma Informed. Many of us have experienced some form of trauma. Our partnership will be informed by the guiding principles of trauma-informed care with the intention to best support healing and prevent re-traumatization. These principles include safety; trustworthiness and transparency; collaboration and mutuality; empowerment, voice, and choice; and responsiveness to cultural, historical, and gender issues. My hope is that within our partnership you will feel cared for, listened to, understood, and respected.
Attachment Based. Trauma frequently involves or results in a rupture of our connection with ourselves, others, or life itself. With this understanding, our partnership can become a safe container to explore relational wounds and provide corrective experiences to promote repair. Across all healing modalities, the relationship between client and practitioner best predicts positive outcomes. For this reason, I will frequently invite you to explore how our connection feels for you and what is arising in the relational field between us.
Ethically Grounded. Protecting the welfare of clients in healing spaces is critical. I bring to my practice education and professional experience in the field of ethics. I follow the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association’s Standards of Practice, the Psychedelic Association of Canada’s Code of Ethics, and I have signed the North Star Pledge. To support the safety and well-being of my clients I participate in regular personal therapy, professional supervision, continuing education, external consultation, and peer mentorship.

Testimonials
I am currently 3 ish weeks post-ceremony and I have continued to bring spirituality into my daily practice which has made me become a more present mom to my kids. I am no longer focusing on things that I can’t control and I am allowing myself to feel love and kindness cause I now know I deserve it. Thank you so much Jessica for giving me my life back. I can’t express in words how grateful I am to you and Amy. 10/10 highly recommended.”

Jessica is an extraordinary woman who is most definitely in her calling. Her expertise, care, support, compassion, understanding, intuition, and depth of knowledge is incredible. From the moment I met her I knew that she cared deeply about psychedelic medicine and how it can transform and heal and that she truly cared about me and my experience and life journey as well. Jessica’s openness and willingness to learn and grow is such a breath of fresh air. I can’t recommend her enough for this kind of work and guidance.”
